The Person of Wisdom
    

THE LORD FOUND THE EARTH BY WISDOM; HE ESTABLISHED THE HEAVENS BY UNDERSTANDING.

BY KNOWLEDGE THE DEPTHS ARE BROKEN UP, AND THE CLOUDS DROP DOWN THE DEW.

Proverbs 3 :19 & 20.
The quiet words of a wise person are better than the shouts of  the one who rules among fools.
